A beautiful, modern hotel with an excellent room and view. I loved happy hour downstairs but was hoping to spend more time on the rooftop bar, which was closed for part of my stay or didn’t have the happy hour prices. The hotel is right by the subway, which is perfect for those who need it. It’s a quick, clean commute to important sites and downtown. K-town is a cool place with the best food!

Clean room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I was really happy with my one night stay until I was ready to leave. The overnight valet parking fee is $66. That’s where they get you. I have never seen that kind of rate in any major city even in 5 star hotels. A slap in the face.

The staff was amazing, they helped me and was very caring. The breakfast was delicious, The room I stayed in had wifi issues which was stressful but it didn’t affect much. My only unpleasant experience was with the room service staff who was extremely rude to me because I wanted to pre order my breakfast for no reason. I really like this hotel and I’m definitely coming back.

Stayed two nights. Great location (short walk to the Wiltern Theatre) and lovely staff (all very friendly and helpful). Room was small, with minor annoyances: TV in the corner by the bed placed too low, resulting in head bumps (even though I'm a relatively short person!); bathroom sink backed up quickly; nowhere to hang towels in bathroom; very tight, heavy door on the bathroom which required strength in both arms to move. OpenAire restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner.

Overall the place is good, their food is good and the staff are professional. However, they can improve on the cleanliness during the stay. Meaning, when the house keep team comes to clean your room they have to make the place spotless. During our stay, when they cleaned the room you could still see some spots that were dirty.

The rooms are kind of humid, but it’s extraordinarily clean I liked that the bottom is sealed. So my cats can’t go under. I didn’t like I wasn’t able to get to my car. Although the staff is nice. You cannot go get your car in the parking lot. It’s managed by AAA parking. The maintenance came in when I wasn’t there and I came back two seconds later to find him petting my cat idk how I feel about that but they were really nice and good service.
