Phenomenal new boutique hotel in a great location. The entire team is welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautifully designed property all around - room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. Nice to relax on the rooftop with a cocktail in the evening. Overall experience reminded me of some 5-star boutique properties I’ve stayed at in Europe. A real gem. Looking forward to coming back!

It was unclear when booking the hotel that you would be charged $30/day for amenities which were not with this incremental charge. Additionally, the hotel is essentially a converted apartment building so you enter into the building by entering a code. There is a small entry way where you then take the elevator up to the first floor if you require help to check in or you simply go directly to your room. One may be concerned in the evenings when returning at a late hour as the neighborhood feels less safe. The manager and staff were lovely but the decor of the hotel while stylish was clearly done on a budget.

This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. Instead of finding myself on hold, someone answered immediately and opened the garage remotely in seconds. The location is a block from the restaurants and H-Mart in Koreatown. I'd definitely stay here again. I'd be even more inclined if I could book a room with an adjustable-height desk and chair, or if they had another ergonomic space to get work done. Also, the rooftop is amazing, but could do with a few movable umbrellas so that one can rest or work or play games without getting burnt by the sun.

We loved our 5 night stay at The Ivory. The rooms and entire hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff members made our stay special with their hospitality and kindness. The food offerings in the morning, as well as the afternoons were a nice touch too. Next time, we bring our swimsuits because the pool area looked inviting! We hope the nice touches remain for the next visit! Thank you!

My new favorite L.A. hotel. So unexpected- sexy rooms - beautiful rooftop- iconic Los Angeles view - palm trees, mountains and downtown - in the evening we walked to a great Korean restaurant called Liu’s and had a wonderful dinner- Will definitely stay again.
