Very nice hotel, modern amenities with retro decor and styling. Great shuttle that runs to Universal City walk every hour. Great for families but quiet and away from the universal chaos, making it a nice place for other travel as well. Restaurant on property looked great! Just didn’t fit into our plans

We had a fantastic stay at The Garland. Our whole family really enjoyed it, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The trolley to and from Universal Studios Hollywood was incredibly convenient and made our trip stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We loved the family room setup with queen bed and bunk bed! The kids love having their own bed nook. We also enjoyed the heated pool and spent a lot of time there. It was a nice reprieve from Universal Studios mid-day. The restaurant and pool-side food were good quality for a hotel. The trolley to Universal was also appreciated, although the timing didn’t work great for us, so we did take Lyft one time.

Loved the hotel, Loved the chill vibes, the staff and bartenders were awesome. Only thing I would do differently is book a room with courtyard view, just so I can sit on my balcony and have a drink and bs with people 😀. Enjoyed having connecting rooms (since our kids are older it was nice being close but also everyone having their privacy). We just had a fantastic time ❗🤘We will definitely be visiting again ❗🤙
