Excellent hotel! Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. There is a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. They also provide free transportation to Universal Studios, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

We absolutely love the Garland. Every time we come to Universal Studios this is where we stay. It’s family friendly. Our boys love the Saturday night movie by the pool and the breakfast buffet. We recommend this to any family.

Super clean, nice staff, only problem was elevator wasn’t working, but they had another further down the hallway. Very family friendly, nice pool area. Nice restaurant with good food and tasty coffee on premises. Parking was kinda pricey and last from Universal is listed is at 10. May be worth the Hilton or Sheraton stay in walking distance to Universal instead.
