Perfect resort for couples or families! Great food options on property. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to Universal Studios Hollywood every day! Only wish is that there were additional sun chasers out by the pool as it can get busy on the weekends.

Rooms were clean, staff were very helpful with questions. The shuttle to and from Universal Studios was a big plus. The only two things I would put down as "could be better", is more selection for kids on the restaurant menus and our shower kept leaking out to the floor from the glass partition. Other than that, our stay was good.
