Lovely staff, very clean and well maintained. Close to Sofi stadium which made it perfect for the concert we attended. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board in the room which I believe you can ask for at reception but in terms of convenience having one in the room is always my preferred option. Highly recommend this hotel😊

The room had updated fixtures including shower, toilet, vanity and mirror. With all that there is still carpet in part of the room which had some stains. When we entered the room, there was bad smell. Check-in staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The room was reasonable for what we paid for. There was lots of random dog hair found throughout the room, on floor, bed, pillows. We pretty much just used the room to sleep. We bought our own pillows and blankets and slept on top of covers. We weren’t there for long. Close to Sofi

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was spacious and modern. I love that it had a full length mirror as well as a huge over mirror over the sink. There was plenty of space. The water pressure in the shower was great and there were good choices to watch on t.v. There was also a small coffee maker with coffee or tea which was a nice touch. The property also pointed out someone is there 24 hours for assistance. Check out was simple and quick. I would most certainly stay again when in town.
