First time staying at this hotel. Everything was super. Warm welcoming everytime we walked in. Our room was always clean, and vintage decor with huge shower with great water pressure. The elevators are fast. The pool on the roof was the highlight. Coffee in the lobby was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I love the rooftop pool and bar area. Its so chill and comfy. The rooms are cozy, I LOVE the $5 breakfast bag option (it takes me a while to get moving in the mornings so the convenience was superior) and the complimentary water and milk in the fridges. All of the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had gotten a chance to use more of the perks/amenities such as the bromton bikes. Next time! Will likely stay here again.

LOVE THE HOXTON. Best hotel! Food is great, staff are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and classy. Central location, easy to get to, and I’ve even used their Aescape robot massage as a great way to wind up the day.

I did enjoy my stay at the Hoxton. Our room was a little unusually laid out - the TV was on a side wall so it was not really easy to watch TV together. However, we didn't come to LA to watch TV in our room! So it wasn't a deal breaker. The light switchers were something to 'figure out' - they were dimmers - and once you do understand them, they were great! Overall, we enjoyed the cool look of the hotel. The staff were super nice, the hotel decor was awesome, bed was comfortable, towels were super soft! We will definitely stay again! Food was yummy and rooftop restaurant and pool was great! Worth checking out when visiting LA. Location was also central and easy to get to. We used valet and uber - both were really easy!!

Very helpful staff. Very super friendly. Espresso bar on premises.. breakfast was good. Pool is small, but it was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again Also, in the fashion District near all the alleys and streets of fun kiosks and shops. Five minute walk.

I liked the layout of my room. The only thing I think this hotel could you better is faster room service. As an example, before checking in, I took time to fill out a form where I asked for extra towels / hangers to help in my room. When I arrived, none of my requests had been made. When I requested these items and other things on other days, it would take a long time for anything to be delivered. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for hangers and an ironing board. On a positive note, I appreciate that water and other toiletries were provided complimentary.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning, bed very comfy. Two free water cans in fridge every day which was great. Restaurants on site were lovely, although expensive. Staff were uninterested at best which was the only real downside to this hotel. Surrounding area is also not very safe for a solo traveller so beware where you walk.
