Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very helpful and attentive to guest needs. The common kitchen area is well supplied with vending machines with great snacks and drinks, the laundry room allows the guest to do laundry and not have to leave with dirty items at checkout

The staff was friendly and prompt with both check-in/check-out, and the room was equipped as described. The facilities were very clean and the kitchen vending machines were well stocked and helped me save some money on smaller meals. Very accessible via public transit from the airport.

The place was dirty, room was dirty, the bath tube had dirty water on it, bath towel dirty and with hair on in, awful. Then, after I wash my teeth the water started to back up and the sink flooded. Besides all that mess, the place is incredibly noisy. I absolutely do not recommend it; if you have the chance to stay there, don't.

Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. The place is a daily,weekly, monthly joint. Was awoken several times in the night with people partying outside my window. Could not leave my room as the window did not have a lock on it or even a latch. Room was clean, but overall I would say stay far away and go elsewhere. Very sketchy area of N. Hollywood

I was not comfortable to be there. There was not enough parking in the back. It was not advisable to park on the street. It was mostly bad timing as I arrived there were police cars at the hotel..... As I was traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly though.

Room 103, The shower smells WAY TOO MUCH of paint. The walls are thin. And when people are walking around on the top room…. It makes the window shake. I drove around the block 2 times, because is has no signs of it being a hotel. Parking is gated and first come first serve.

. When entered in this property, I saw a young female siting behind security window and i submitted my id and she assigned a room for me, there wasn’t no shampoo, soap towel and blanket and room was smell strong cigarettes and hard to breath ,and extremely noisy neighborhood I went to reception she said this property doesn’t provide shampoo and guess has to buy their own, I went outside to my car , I noticed that it’s really scary and drug dealers and druggie hanging there , I contacted Expedia via chat I requested to refund my money, and receptionist name same mentioned, I have to get refund by Expedia and it’s prepaid and I am totally surprised by Expedia and photos on website doesn’t match at all and it’s really unsafe neighborhood and scary,

So here’s an honest review, you get what you paid for. pros: it was a very cheap hotel and for someone like me who had to get smtg very last minute with not a lot in the bank, it was perfect, I was staying there to go to a convention down the street and it was only 10 min which was great, website says no private parking (from what I remember) but there is an area to park in the back, it’s gated and you have to press a button to get in or out which me and my friend were very happy about, the fridge was pretty nice, not a mini fridge, it had two different doors for reg fridge and a freezer, lots of drawers and cabinet space, bed was comfortable and pillows were comfortable and the locks on the doors were electric so you need a card to get in. Cons: there were stains all over our sheets, nothing crazy but more like stuff you can’t really get out (coffee, wine, etc) and someone’s name written on it with a pen?? To us, it looked like they just didn’t change that sheet, pillows had stuff on it too, we ended up going to get pillow cases to cover them, I personally didn’t see bed bugs but we did have an encounter with two roaches, one dead and one alive, one of the drawers had nerds clusters in it and it looked like some of the nerds were on the floor too, there was a medical cabinet that had an old bag in there with god knows what, someone got arrested in the lobby first night, unsure if it was a guest but lots of yelling and threats Review too long I will continue it on yelp

Staff was business friendly. Room was clean, except that I can’t barely breathe of the cigarette smoke smell inside the room. No matter how I sprayed with air fresheners. AC & refrigerator was working properly. All lights working. The parking is first come first serve. & gate is close when the lot is full. Luckily every time get back to the lodge, there was always one spot left, sound like it was reserved for me but it’s not. Reason for my poor rating. The paint on the counter table and the sink are chipped, it wasn’t smoothed. No hanger in the cabinet. I have only 1 towel and 1 bath rug towel. I brought 2 white face towel with me and left one with them. 2 small bar soap. And Bring your own hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner because that’s not provided. And worst part, there was always fighting right outside of my door along the hallway where I was assigned of the room during the days I was there. I woke up 2x around 12-1 pm & can’t go back to sleep. Oh I work night shift by the way on travel assignment basis, that’s why I sleep during the day. It’s cheap and I save a little bit of money doing that + it was near to my Hosp where I was contracted. You get when you are cheap. The hallway outside going to the parking smells weed awful. Location of the lodge surrounding don’t look safe. I managed to checked out safe though, & oh no late checked out when ask. Their 11am checked can be extended if you talked to the staff until 12:30pm the most you can stay.

This place is completely horrible most of the rooms aren’t even renovated or cleaned. There is no maid service so you have a dirty room until you check out. There is always something going on or the police being called. Be careful with this place it’s mainly for people with very low standards.

I reserved online, when I got there they told me they only take cash so I had to go out and find an ATM. I specifically requested a non smoking room, they gave me a stinky smoker room. I went back to the front desk to request a room change and the person who had a very bad attitude kept saying they cannot do it. Worst 2 nights ever. Very sketchy guests, homeless all over, extremely noisy till late, no ideal if you need to rest or feel safe. (no soap at all, only one towel). I paid $85 x night, this place should be $30 x night tops.
