This hotel was great. We were there for a concert at Kia Forum. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was convenient. Our key got accidentally deactivated once during our 2 night stay but that's it. The room was nice and updated, very clean as well. They have lots of vending machines on all floors. We had no issues here and would stay again if we were ever in the area.

Booked 2 rooms. Called and spoke to somone as my sister could be there in timely manner but not me due to an unexpected school activity for my kid which required me leaving later than planned and arriving late. Called hotel directly to ensure room is in my sister name to check in and told them we would be checking in at 0500 they said they would make note of it. Arrived 0420 and they had no note and no room available. Trying to talk to anyone has been impossible and they have not returned anyones call. My sister stayed and said it smelled like smoke and it was dirty.

I always stay here when i am visiting in Los Angeles. It is convienent off of the fwy and the parking is good and low cost. Motel 6 offers suites and they have been upgrading them ever since they started. This last time they were very nice and clean. A pleasant stay.

We had a reservation so our employee could work at night on the day before and check-in before 3pm. That's the main reason we've bokked one day prior so he could rest as soon as he finished the work at the airport terminal. To our surprise when he got to the hotel, he was informed that the booking has been canceled for now show! (Detail: he had a reservation for 2 days. And they were offering new check-in after 3pm. This is very clear that the hotel sold his room to another guest. When called customer service at Exoedia and the attendant caĺed rhe hotel, staff at front desk had the caoacity to lie saying that our employee wasn't there anymore. I called our employee and asked for photos of the hotel at that specific time.

No type of shampoo, cream rinse in rooms. Noisy on side we were on- always felt damp in room even with air conditioning on. Big one *** shuttle only ran once per hour thought they are only 10-12 minutes from the airport. This is crazy to me. So you either wait almost another hour or you pay 35.00 US to get to airport.

We were there two nights on our way to San Diego. Overall it was not bad but the room was not quite what was shown on the pictures given on Expedia. It was extremely noisy & so bad that we had to go buy some ear plugs in order to sleep the second night. One very good thing: it is very convenient: only few minutes from the car rentals and maybe 10 minutes from LAX if you come directly from the airport.
