I loved and enjoyed my stay. Also the room service lady (Veronica) was amazing and super kind that went above and beyond!! I would love for her to get recognized for what an amazing employee she is! I've stayed Sonesta es multiple times and she has always done a fantastic job! She takes pride in her work and has the room(s) looking spotless. The breakfast was delicious the property is well kept and I always have a good night's sleep when I stay here. Highly recommend.

Suite size is a 4. Very comfortable room. Housekeeping was not as attentive. We found kids toy bouncing balls in the bed. Front desk staff was very kind and worked to address our needs very well. Unlike some hotels that lack quarters for their laundry machines they had change. Thank you. Breakfast was ok.

I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Super nice, well kept and clean. Only real issues I had were my door - I think the battery was out but anytime I needed to get in it was a battle. I also wish their check in times were earlier.
