The front desk and security team were wonderful! We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to offer great tips on local dining and safety. The rooms were perfectly sized and well-equipped with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to include a few basic kitchen essentials—such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil—to make the stay even more convenient.

Loved the property itself! Our room was super spacious, clean and beautiful! Only issue we came across was one of the parking lots listed for use was in Skid Row and was not safe to use, especially at night. We ended up having to circle around the city a few times waiting for open spots in the lot around the corner to open up. We never felt unsafe in or around the front of the building though!

Property is amazing with all needed facilities and helpful staff. Really appreciated. Only downside is area, lot of junkies around and very bad smell while roaming around. But 7th street metro is walkable which takes you to everywhere in LA. I highly recommend the property...if you are ok with area, you can happily stay there
