I can’t imagine a better stay for my first visit here. This was the nicest affordable place I could find with a pool and I’m so glad I booked with them. The front desk workers were super nice, my room was clean, cute and comfortable. I was very impressed and will for sure be back.

The rooms are very clean, the staff is excellent, and the air conditioning is strong! Definitely plan ahead for parking, there is some secure parking you can find using a parking app within a ten minute walk.

A great property, with very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to a lot of local amenities. Parking can be a bit of struggle and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with a heat wave, but all things said it was very nice and I would absolutely go back.

Wow. So clean. So bright. No corners were cut in this property! They thought of everything for a great stay. Loved the Vietnamese coffee with canned water and kettle in room. Not a single complaint. They’re very modern. Even with the self check-in. The manager on duty was so kind. Perfect location for the convention center. I found parking nearby that seemed sketchy but it was safe! Can’t beat this stay.

The staff always had smiles on their faces! They were helpful and informative. The room was clean and had nice simple decor. The pool was spotless. I was Leary of the coffee but it turned out to be great. I will definitely find a reason to stay again! And I will look for other Kasa properties. Thanks for the smiles and laughs!

From the moment we walked in the staff was cheerful and helpful. I am a travel agent and have been to many hotels. They were not only relatable and good at their job but very accommodating. I forgot my charger and they let me borrow one. They also let us know about the jazz musicians that would be playing for the evening, The musicians were really fun and down to earth too.

It is very well located in Long Beach, less than 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from LAX, The pool is very clean and receives sun much of the day, the rooms are very comfortable, but best of all is that the staff are so friendly that they make you feel like you are in home I recommend 100%
