The staff always had smiles on their faces! They were helpful and informative. The room was clean and had nice simple decor. The pool was spotless. I was Leary of the coffee but it turned out to be great. I will definitely find a reason to stay again! And I will look for other Kasa properties. Thanks for the smiles and laughs!

From the moment we walked in the staff was cheerful and helpful. I am a travel agent and have been to many hotels. They were not only relatable and good at their job but very accommodating. I forgot my charger and they let me borrow one. They also let us know about the jazz musicians that would be playing for the evening, The musicians were really fun and down to earth too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no parking so trying to find street parking can be nearly impossible. Be aware there are no elevators so carrying our luggage to the 2nd floor sucked. There is no coffee maker but an electric kettle is provided. The kettle was not cleaned out when we arrived. There is no iron but a steamer is provided. They do have a restaurant that is convenient. Overall great staff and just an ok place to stay.

It is very well located in Long Beach, less than 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from LAX, The pool is very clean and receives sun much of the day, the rooms are very comfortable, but best of all is that the staff are so friendly that they make you feel like you are in home I recommend 100%

What a wo;nderful experience staying at the Civic Center Hotel by Kasa. I loved finding the little surprises included in the amenities. The bed was amazing. Lots of room. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The hotel is beautiful. All in all it was a great and worthwhile experience.

The property and process of check in was very good. No frills just straight forward direction. Retro decor which was very cool. Location was great, 3 blocks from ocean st and about 1.2 miles to the convention center and all the shops and restaurants. The only downside is the parking if you have a car.
