From check-in to check-out the staff at the Sofitel was phenomenal! Individually and collectively the staff was professional, personable , and knowledgeable. The Concierge helped me to set a tour of LA, the check-in assistant helped me to navigate traveling to dinner and back, and the check-out assistant helped me to quickly move about to get my ride to the airport. Magnifique!!

Eduardo at front desk was very nice at check in and out. The Valet guys were great as well as Brendan the bartender. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The property is gorgeous. Only suggestion is to have a skybridge from the hotel to Beverly Center Mall.
