Great stay, hotel was great. Everything at the hotel was well presented and very clean. The staff were friendly and treated us well. The hotel was well positioned for many activities LA has to offer. I liked the quiet and comfortable inner outdoor courtyard and the daily available coffee. Room was ample and somewhat basic, but comfortable with a large screen TV and couch and table, in a junior suite in the south building. The AC was adequate but disturbing as it switched on and off. Terrific location right next to the Grove - ideal location for everything I wanted, though would have to leave the property for breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

So the room is clean and nice but there was a LOUD speaker for an event going for hours downstairs and then yelling, music, and car alarms in the street past 3AM. The room felt like a motel (opened to the outside). All of this would have been fine but it was so expensive and the parking was $45/day. A little bit of a disappointment.

Conveniently located near The Grove. Walked to this beautiful mall every day. Rooms were small. Not sure if $10 towards restaurant was VIP amenity. Hotel has restaurant and bar. Lovely decorated patio for lounging around. I’d consider staying here again.
