The staff here was great, great amenities, walking distance to the park and a shuttle that runs all the time. Restaurant downstairs also had amazing wait staff for breakfast and accommodated our 10 person group very quickly.

The rooms are clean with lots of organizational space (closet, drawers, desk, etc.) In short this hotel has all the amenities that you would desire during a stay. There is a snack bar, restaurant Bar lounge, pool and fitness center. This is a great place to stay while exploring the area.

Location is great. Well maintained. Staff amazing (the was one person in bell services once that was not in the best mood to help, but everyone else was great specially front desk! They gave us water and popsicles when we arrived. Room was clean and seemed renovated. Bed was comfy. Short walk to metro and to Universal or can take shuttle to Universal too.
