The staff is wonderful but the hotel could use a bit of work removing stains, fixing cracks/seals, and better bedding. I would stay here again just would bring my own bedding.

4/10 Poor

The room had mold on the shower curtain and there were roaches that got into my sandwich The sheets had holes probably from cigarettes or drugs paraphernalia A staff were nice. The parking was just too tight. I accidentally hit my mirror on the pillar The place was quiet for what it was. When the price I can't expect more Amenities like a hairdryer refrigerator. That's pretty much it. I didn't drink machine downstairs in an ice machine. I believe they had Microwave, in a different room.I know.Check

The owners were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They did not speak much English but after reviewing my reservation from Expedia, they helped me to my room. I give poor ratings because at least my room was a little dirty. There were a few holes in my sheets which didn’t bother me much. Location was great. Amenities nearby were great. The biggest issue was my shower did not work at all. I had to go about my day with no shower. Which was unfortunate. Main issues, cleanliness and non functional showers.

Overall, I had a good stay. The staff was friendly, and the hotel served its purpose as a comfortable place to sleep for the night. My only concern was that the room had a very strong cigarette smell along with another unpleasant odor. It was noticeable, but not severe enough for me to leave or request a different room. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the hospitality.

This place was worse than terrible and should be investigated....I literally feared for my life as it is in a horrible neighboorhood which I had no way of knowing and the manager knew next to no english. Nothing in it worked .....I could not even take a shower. I had to use the sink to wash. The internet was horrible and only worked one day. Then the refrigerator quit working. This place would not pass any Board of Health inspection and expedia should not advertise this place.....unless expedia wants bad things to happen to guests....and they will. I had an (emergency) and had to leave after one day and I was offered no refund.....if you want to hear more....call me This place was not only a 1....it is -1000

Actually the worst experience I’ve ever had, as soon as me and my partner walked in, this whole room was full of roaches all types of sizes. Let me not get started on the smell it was absolutely horrible, the smell of cigarettes was so disgusting.
