Hotel seems to be under construction but other than the lobby being incomplete you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference based on the room. The deluxe single room was perfect. Room was cute, and spacious! Loved the stand up shower and adjustable shower heads, perfect for any height. Would definitely stay here again and might have to just to see what the lobby looks like when it’s complete!

It was under renovation when I went with my family and little access to amenities. But everyone was friendly. We asked for extra towels since we were 4 and there was only 2 sets in the room, we were asked to get it ourselves in the front desk. Hopefully when everything is done, they will improve services more.

Although the hotel is amidst a renovation, the rooms were very clean. The air conditioner was phenomenal, and the view- SPECTACULAR- especially for the price. Regardless of the area, I also felt very safe. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Always a smooth process. Good location near Hollywood with lots of local places to eat, especially if you like Korean food. Rooms are clean, water pressure is good, and nightly rates are fantastic.

The rooms were clean and very nice. We stayed in the condo. There was a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. It was very good. We were unable to turn on the fire from the stove, so we weren’t able to cook anything in the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were people parking in the parking lot. The parking fee is 15 dollars.

The room which is the most important thing is excellent. Simple layout with a minimalist feel, which is so like the Korean culture. This is in Korea Town anyway. The cleanliness is super. Staff were very kind and courteous. I was a single occupant, but the facilities are not really good for families with small children as there is no pool or anything on site for recreation. There isn’t any food or vending machines available. Underground parking available ($15 per night). I don’t know if they have plans for a remodel but the ground level check-in floor has no decor, bare concrete floors and access to the building is only through the parking lot in the back and underground lot. My stay was very quiet and comfortable, but I didn’t really require much.

The hotel is located in a great area, there is some places to eat and shopping. It was pretty quiet at night so we did not have any issues to sleep. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed.
