Blood stains on bedding & towels. Sofa bed was filthy & kind bed. Air conditioner wasn’t working on my first night. The carpet inside the room is dirty and you can’t walk in your hotel room barefoot because your feet will be black in seconds. Breakfast was good just was missing the waffle maker. Katherine was very kind and helpful! Overall customer service is excellent! Made our trip better with friendly staff.

Great staff. Very old and run down property. I wouldn't stay here if you are expecting a Marriott property. We had a room with a bedroom, loft, and kitchen. It was nice to have one room for the kids and us. It was very convenient to convention center.
