We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and overall enjoyed our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. However, the breakfast could be improved, as it was the same every day and the eggs did not taste very good. Despite this, the service and overall experience were very good, free shuttle service to the airport. Very expensive parking $$$

The staff was fantastic. Both night and morning shift. They know how to have a helping presence. Rooms were ok. Mainly clean. There were a couple of hair ties left behind in the bathroom and they were obviously run very rented out rooms. But clean. They had a nice snack shop and fresh donuts. The continental breakfast needs the most help for sure.

Cons: Booked this hotel because it was near LAX and had a free airport shuttle and breakfast included. Waited at LAX for an hour for the shuttle which was supposed to come every 20-30 minutes and finally took the shuttle from a neighboring hotel and walked to our hotel. Breakfast was terrible it was like the hotel ran out of money and decided to buy as little as possible for breakfast. Maybe a total of 7 items including eggs, tater tots, white bread, one type of cold cereal oatmeal and yogurt. No bagels, English muffins, wheat bread, pastries, waffles, pancakes etc. Pros: room was nice enough and clean, gym was large with lots of equipment
