This is a reasonable rent in an historic neighborhood with all the conveniences and many amenities. Unfortunately the upstairs traffic pounds the floor like a herd of elephants and the bedding, once it lost its detergent scent, smelled very bad.

We had a great stay. The place had a lot of space and was very comfortable for our group. All the appliances were in great condition, and the beds and bathrooms were clean and well set up. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a big plus. The location was excellent - close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We’d happily stay here again. A few areas could be improved for a group of four. The floors were not very clean. There was no extra garbage bags provided, which would have been helpful. Some of the vertical blinds were missing blades, and a few of them were difficult to open. Additionally, more paper towels would be appreciated, and having hooks or racks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels would make the stay more comfortable. It would also be good to clearly emphasize that parking must be booked in advance to secure a spot.

The apartment itself had a nice layout, and there were dishes and complimentary toiletries. The apartment was clean when we arrived. When we got back from being gone all day, there was an infestation of ants crawling all around the kitchen, and we found some in each bathroom and on our things. The beds are not comfortable, very stiff, creaky, and not suitable for anyone with back problems. There was a long blonde hair on our bed. There were many people out front who were using drugs, breaking into cars and there were gunshots around 2am. The front “private” gate also does not shut, so make sure to lock your car and apartment door. Other than that, there is private parking around the back and one of those gates has a functioning lock (there are two gates). If you’re willing to deal with ants and somewhat sketchy area it’s probably worth the money compared to all the expensive hotels in LA

I stayed at this rental for 4 nights and I will be staying there again next month for 4 nights. This rental is 100% automated check-in and access. There are no people at this facility. Spacious rental. Toaster did not work and kitchen did not have a cork screw or skillet. I asked the property management company if they should be included, and they said yes, however they did not resolve the problems before I left. Centrally located near Union Station. Close to Little Tokyo and many restaurants.

All the towels in the bathrooms had tags or stickers on them, indicating they were never washed after they were purchased. 😝There was not enough water pressure in the kitchen sink to rinse crumbs down. The stay was great, they allowed us to drop our bags off early which helped a ton. The process was overall very easy. We had one small problem that was resolved very quickly. Room was clean , as was the whole building. Definitely would reccomend.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about my stay at this property. Let me begin by saying that the listing is very misleading. You believe you are booking a property in Downtown Los Angeles, but it is actually located in Boyle Heights. Communication with both Expedia and the property management was frustrating and disappointing. I originally booked the property expecting a vibrant Downtown Los Angeles location, and only after booking was I notified of the actual address in Boyle Heights. I admit I had enough time to cancel, but unfortunately I did not notice the change until it was too late to receive a refund. Cleanliness The property was very dirty. There was dust everywhere, and I even found a dead insect behind the bed. I can confidently say the floors were not swept, vacuumed, or mopped. The bed sheets had crumbs on them and smelled like they needed to be washed, and the towels were the same. The bathroom doors were dirty, and there was dust on the ceiling fan. Overall, the property needed serious cleaning. Location: despite the misleading listing, the location itself was fairly convenient. Even though it was in Boyle Heights, it was only minutes from both the 5 and 10 freeways, with plenty of Mexican bakeries, grocery stores, and a Walgreens nearby. The neighborhood may appear sketchy at first, but we did not experience any issues. We kept the curtains open while I cooked and my son played, and we could even watch the children at the elementary school across the street.

Absolutely unacceptable – avoid at all costs! This property is completely misleading and looks nothing like the photos shown online. We stayed as 4 adults, and the so-called “living room” was practically unusable, with only a tiny couch and almost no seating. The beds were a disaster. The springs were sticking into our backs, and we woke up in pain every single day. Getting proper rest was impossible. One of the bathrooms was clogged from day one. Despite contacting the host multiple times, we were completely ignored. For 6 days, 4 people were forced to use just one bathroom—this is simply unacceptable. The location felt unsafe. At 5:00 AM, I woke up to noise right next to the window. When I opened the curtain, a homeless person was literally leaning against the window going through the trash. It was frightening. Parking was chaotic with zero organization—everyone just parked randomly wherever they could. This stay completely ruined our vacation. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Based on everything experienced yesterday, I honestly believe there was something seriously concerning about the situation. If not human trafficking something sort of like that. The people that contacted me gave me a different address, asked for a copy of my license and a selfi. They sent me a registration link and none of the data on there matched the Premier Apts advertised. They had my Expedia account info but kept asking for my phone number. Everytime I asked a question they didn’t answer. When I arrived at the property it was not the property advertised and it seemed like very odd situation. Also why as for my Id and copy of my picture if I was just checking in. It’s almost like they would eventually come looking for someone that matched my ID and picture. At the property only saw a construction type worker that did not approach us and it felt very unsafe. I called the number on Expedia site but the person was very evasive and didn’t readily have my information. Aka Expedia tried contacting them and they did not respond. This was very concerning. I was traveling with family. I felt so unsafe that we chose to book a hotel. The fact Expedia didn’t vet this company is more concerning or maybe it was a breach. But I’d like more information from Expedia on how this occurred.

チェックインの手順が現地に到着してネット環境が繋がるようになってから受信したのと、駐車場の利用方法も送られてきたやり方とは異なる部分があり、チェックインにかなり時間を要しました。 全１０日間の宿泊だったのですが、４日目の夜に明日のチェックアウトについてとのメールが届きました。そこで私がオーナーに連絡をしていればよかったのですが、そのままスルーしたら、次の日の夕方ホテルに帰ってきたら、部屋に入るパスコードが変わっていて、中に入ることができなくなってしまいました。オーナーにメールをしたのですが、返信がすぐには来ず、電話は繋がらない状態でした。ようやく２時間後くらいにパスコードの再設定のメールが届き、中に入ることができました。しかしオーナーのメールの内容は非常お粗末なものでした。 良かった点としまして、コスパはとても良かったです。調理器具や食器も一通り揃っていたのと、洗濯乾燥機もあって助かりました。

L appartement était bien mais pour manger à 7 la table était pour 4 cela était difficile et il manquait d ustensiles de cuisine , les stores étaient cassés, sinon tout était parfait et le personnel était nickel au top .
