Great location on Melrose and the room was cute and comfortable. However, always check your receipt before leaving! I was charged $15 for minibar snacks. — items I never touched. The minibar is just an open snack basket, not sensor-based, so it should be very obvious whether anything was taken or not. When I called to dispute it, they agreed to refund immediately with no pushback. Hotel is otherwise decent for the price and location. Just don't assume your bill is correct at checkout. Always review your receipt line by line before you drive away.

We loved our stay! It was such a lovely experience, and even though the bathroom, especially the bathtub, was a bit older, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. Plus, the location was perfect, right near my favorite coffee spot! I truly appreciated the charming atmosphere and really enjoyed my time there.

Nice property with charming front desk staff. Restaurant has great breakfast options and tasty food. Bathrooms are retro style and have excellent water pressure. Air conditioning was uneven - no room control. One day it was not working well, but the staff resolved the issue quickly. If you’re expecting a well designed hotel in a pretty perfect location, you’ll be happy here!

Great hotel! Staff are friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist. Special kudos to Kyle, Caesar, Nino and Reyna who made an extra effort to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, safe, and has a relaxing atmosphere. It is located close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. This hotel is my second home. Can’t wait to return. Many thanks to all!
