Great friendly customer service. The room at first look clean but the sheets and towels were dirty good thing I always carry with my own blankets and towels. Room smelled like cigarettes counters and restroom curtains had mold. I’ve been here before why I’m so surprised that things weren’t clean this time around.

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and a CVS just a short walk away, plus lots of parking. The staff was fine, but the room was a letdown—modern but poorly maintained, smelling like cigarettes with dirty floors, marked-up walls, and a bed covered in lint and random hairs. If it were properly cleaned, it’d be a solid budget stay, but as is, it’s only good for a quick crash, not a long stay.

The place is clean and spacious, the only problem that I encountered was that the smoke alarm was removed by someone previously to me, I informed management and they assured me that they were going to fix the issue. All staff was very helpful.

The front desk was lovely and the space was clean. Some fancy features, like the shower system and the bedside table blue tooth speakers I never figured out, nor were there instructions. For being close to the street, it was a quiet night and I felt safe with the 24 hour desk open and cameras throughout. Simple and easy and a good price. I can't really complain. Brought my own blanket as the bedding is a bit sparing.
