This was my first stay. I just got back and already booked another trip. The room, and entire hotel was CLEAN, the staff was always extremely kind and willing to help. I stayed with just my daughter and I, and felt safe, even in the midst of all the interesting things happening all around. Views and location 10/10. Based on this short experience, I already can’t wait to come back.

We got the Ocean View Room with Balcony- a must! Hotel is across the street from the Santa Monica Pier. You can easily walk over. Parking is mandatory valet for $53 and they have an additional "Resort Fee" but both are worth it for this amazing location. Front desk gave the kiddos a free sand bucket and Frisbee that we used at the beach. The hotel also has Beach Towels for your use. A tour guide shop is right next door to book all your site seeing and get on the Big Bus Tour. only minutes walking from the Third Street Downtown area.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I’m so glad I booked it, and having an ocean-view room made our stay even more special. The location was perfect—literally right across from the beach and pier, making everything so convenient. Whitney at the front desk was wonderful when we arrived. She was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel and service were excellent. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and all the attractions we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
