The first room we got the door had been kick in prior to us arriving so when we got to then room I was able to just push the door open and when the door was shut it would not lock we told the employee in the office they gave us another room after me and my wife went into the 2nd room we could multiple stains on all of the bedding after this we ended up leaving and getting a different hotel

The place is run down the sink in bathroom looked like if I set the toothpaste tub on it, it would have come off the wall it was missing the cold water faucet. The weather seal on the door was missing you could see daylight for days

Stayed for 2 nights. The stay was ok if you staying only 1 night. The TV not working, too little water from the shower, no hair dryer, no light/busted by the sink. Requested to change the room since we are staying for 2 nights but we’re not allowed. We stayed our 2 weeks trip mostly in motel 6 but this hotel made me disappointed.

The tv didn’t work the hall way smelt like mend urine. Filthy had a sign free coffee 6-11 an it was broken . Shame on motel 6 need to clean this dirty place up . Paid early check in fee for one day stay after communication with female representative at location. Checked in around 10a on 08/12. Immediately were met with contradiction upon arrival, as another male representative working in the morning exceeded the complete opposite of what was already planned. First I was told I can’t do early check in because no rooms were available, and to wait until 3p. I told the new male rep I called in the previous day to which the female rep on site stated I need to book through Expedia and pay early check in fee, so I can have a room upon arrival in THE MORNING not at 3p. Male rep stated “there’s nothing we can do no room is available” to which I asked for a refund since the room was near 150$ for single bed one night. The male representative suddenly had a change of heart, asking if I urgently needed the room and if I was only staying one day, to which I agreed confirming I do graveyard work and need the room asap. I was instantly given a room key after the fact. Upon going to the room, multiple problems were immediately noticed. Firstly, room was very stuffy with stale odor, bathroom had few towels no wash cloth, repackaged used bar of soap, and sink had only one gage, being the hot option with the cold gage option broken off. Room also had no microwave like promised in reservation, and no tv remote to which I had to request after my check in, causing more delay in settling in. Attempts to change/ extend to another room were denied. 1 star.

I had the worst experience here. I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said my reservation was there but hadn’t been paid. He said Expedia had taken the money from my account but hadn’t sent the funds to them. He said he canceled my reservation and would have no trouble getting a refund. He said I would have to pay out of pocket. I gave him my card and conveniently their card machine was down and could only accept cash. I knew that it felt super sketchy. He said I could use their atm machine to pull out the money. I ended up doing that and paid him $100 ( on top of the $117 I already paid). I’m so disappointed. I still haven’t been refunded the amount. Expedia has tried to contact management and they have not responded. So note to self if they tell you to pay in cash don’t do it!

Nada recommendable no tenon toad limpias cuando eran mecesarias ni sabanas. Nosotros tennis que ir a buscar lo que necesitabamos y cambiar las sabanas nosotros mismo no podium traerlo ni al cuarto. Habian cucarachas y un olor muy feo al igual que cabello en la regadera. Las sabanas man had as.

I drove 100 miles and booked through Expedia. The room was confirmed. I got to the hotel and that is when the front desk refused to rent me a room because I was unbeknownst to me on a “do not rent” list. I’ve never had an issue with my stays at a Motel 6 before.

The room was honestly disgusting. If it wasn’t for the fact that we arrived at 10pm and had to wake up at 6 after a day of travel we would have left. The toilet had either poop or blood dripped down the side. The doors, walls, and surfaces were in terrible shape with dirt caked all over them. We didn’t shower and slept with all our clothes on. Wouldn’t recommend

Upon arrival, there was no staff on duty at the front desk. We waited an hour before someone came in to assist with check-in. The room was not well kept. The sheets and pillows were stained and the bathroom was dirty and smelled. We even found cockroaches in the room which was disgusting. Overall the experience was horrible and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
