The owner was incredibly nice and generous to us. However, the room itself was depressingly dirty. From gnats in the sink, dark stains on the sheets, poorly cleaned carpet, the place was just dirty beyond what I found acceptable. Location nearby to Universal is it’s saving grace

Hospitable host, great stay.

Air B&B set up with the most helpful and friendly host you could want. 5 minute drive from Universal studios, but felt closer. Would stay again if he's still hosting in the future.

Excellent choice for price in location

Great house and loved the two rooms connected with bathroom. Bad thing was no hot water. So close to Universal Studios and Hollywood. Friendly service and parking area.

Wonderful Hollywood B&B

Our host was very welcoming and made breakfast to our request. He's a very nice man and we enjoyed talking to him and he was helpful in letting us know some details about the area since we are from northern California and not too familiar with the area. It's a lovely, well kept house in a beautiful neighborhood that is near everything in central LA/Hollywood, but far enough off the major streets to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again next time our travels bring us there.
