The hotel is very well priced and located conveniently close to Universal Studios. Our room was basic and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The property and rooms are a little run down, but this is an excellent budget option for a trip to Universal or Hollywood.

Staff was great, guy that help me check in was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Good location, was given a recently remodeled room, very clean, but there was this super funky smell that I could shake, smell kept me up all night.

Rooms were nice and spacious, nothing fancy but they do the job. Location is great. Staff was good. Parking can be a bit tricky. No gym. There is "breakfast" advertised but be aware that it is literally coffee, tea, and some granola bars.

Friendly staff. Rooms were clean but in need of some care. I was told that there was continental breakfast but the only items were coffee and juice.

The pool could not be used as it was very dirty. The hot tub was not functional and had boards over it. The garden would be nice if was maintained. The staff was very helpful. Adult children said the Tiki bar next door was nice.

Everything was old and many things were broken. It was clean enough but not something I would recommend. The restaurant next door was very convenient and good

parking situation sucks and the room wasn’t anything fancy, pretty outdated but the bed was super comfortable and the black out curtains were a 10/10. We booked it because it was less than a 12 minute drive from Universal so if you’re just looking for an affordable place to crash for one night this is fine.

Unfortunately I don’t have many positive things to say. The more you looked the more you saw. The bathroom had mildew, the computer chair had a questionable stain. The light switches were dirty, the walls had what looked like maybe blood or something gross in many places on the throughout the room. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were old and worn down. The coffee was very bitter. The lobby was nice and clean and the exterior was beautiful and clean and the location was nice. It was not worth the price of almost $200, I was quite disappointed based on reviews I read ahead of booking.

I like that the hotel is conveniently located to Hollywood and universal, the pool was nice too. But the rooms are very outdated and run down. Not ideal if you plan to spend most of your time there. Luckily we only needed it to crash at night. It said breakfast was included but there was no breakfast. Just some granola bars to grab and go, so was disappointed about that. They also charge you $10 a night to park In the parking lot. I feel like that should just be included with your stay.

We have stayed here before and it was amazing. This time it was a little run down. I have noticed when reserving with hotel.com you get what ever room and they are usually room that are run down. What made this trip special is the cleaning lady put my baby's dolls all tucked in bed. It made her so happy.
