I stayed one night for Long Beach Marathon. This place is centrally located in downtown Long Beach. Room was clean and service was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very nice and clean. We opted for a parking pass $15/night at a hotel a block away. It was a great location and efficient checking in/out since there's no "front desk", similar to VRBO/Air BNB

Hotel was fine. It was clean and convenient to get to our cruise ship. The only thing we were not prepared for was that they do not have an elevator and we had to carry our 50 pound pieces of luggage up three flights of stairs.

The property was neat and clean, communication smooth. It’s a full self-service hotel, so there is no need to meet anyone at the check in and out. The location was great and a walkable distance from/to the Convention Center. The only negative part was a weird smell on a corridor, likely from a cleaning detergent.
