First off, the woman who manages was awesome, so kind and helpful at our arrival. I know there's not always a manager/staff on site, but lucky for us, she was. Walking into the room it smelled and looked CLEAN. Nice view of the city. Air conditioning worked great, as it was a warm day. Great parking garage a block away (for a fee, but well worth it. A car parked on the street near another hotel had their window bashed open). Lots of places to eat, had that awesome Long Beach downtown vibe all around us. Came to stay the night before our cruise the next day and we are definitely coming back in the future. Thank you Hotel Metropolitan!
