It was extremely close to the concert we wete attending. The check in person was great, later found out he was the manager because he was the only good part of my encounter with the service people. The room was clean smelled great, no noise. The card for the room was so difficult after initially getting in the room. It took us so many tries to get into the room we almost had to go to the front desk, which may not seem like a big deal but, we were there for one night, it got deactivated too easily. The day we were checking out I'm in the on my way up to get the last of my things before leaving the elevator would not register my card. I fonslly went to the desk, explained i need to check out and my card wont work. The clerk asks me where i had the card and decided to give me this full explanation why it wasnt working. I was already very frustrated and said firmly I am checking out i need my card to work on the elevator, i don't know where i have stored my card, i am leaving. I didnt want a lecture, maybe that should have been explained at check in that the cards can be deactivated easily. I had already had to deal with the rude lady at the hotel breakfast, and last night at the bar. There is not enough space here. The manager Adrian I believe he ssid his name was is the only reason I would return or recommend anyone. He had excellent customer skills, and listened enough to me . Oh and the valet when we were leaving.
