Everything about the room and employees was excellent. What made me give them 3 stars overall was the mandatory $66 per night for valet. There was no other parking on the premises so you have no choice. This added an additional $200 to my stay i wasn't expecting

The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The gym had a variety of equipment and it was spacious with a nice view overlooking the LA Live entertainment district. My only complaint was the lack of complimentary breakfast items other than coffee.

This hotel was surprisingly affordable given it's prime proximity to the Grammy Museum, Peacock Theater and Crypto.com Arena (formerly the Staples Center). It's not a luxury property, but it is high quality and clean, with a nice sized room. The desk staff was uniformly cheerful and helpful. The neighborhood is not the best, so there are some security measures in place, but they did not feel oppressive. I hope to stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Hotel holds a $150 PER NIGHT incidental fee…seems a bit much to me. Also, the little convenience store on the 1st floor sells microwaveable meals…with no microwave in the store nor the rooms. You have to give your items to the front desk clerk to have them heated. Huge inconvenience. One last thing, hotel allows smokers to sit right outside the front door.
