The room was really nice, spacious and well-appointed. Hotel is on a quiet residential street off Melrose. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on the good part of Melrose. Had to correct a minor billing error - got charged the free drink that was part of the Expedia deal.

Review

Actual hotel room was very nice and spacious however, our 3 kids had bites all over their body. We went to the dr's and they said it was most likely bed bugs from where we are staying. Reception staff - 1 was fantastic happy to answer our questions and requests while the other 1 we spoke to was not very helpful and was more interested to look at their screen than interact with guests. Car parking of $65 US a night is overpriced but luckily we found free parking 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel

Wonderful property, rooms are extra large suites, kitchenette and patio. Bathroom is huge with a walk in closet and everything was comfortable and clean. The hotel is really fun inside, pool is on the roof with a lovely bar and am so sad we didn’t get to use it. Staff was great overall, valets especially were fantastic, friendly, and quick.
