My wife has been coming to this hotel since she was 6 years old when it was still the Ritz Carlton and she has had her bday parties there from age 10 to 16 so for her it’s very nostalgic. The room was spotless. All staff were very courteous. Amenities were very well maintained. Minor issue, the miniature golf is no longer available. The place was amazingly decorated for Xmas. Very elegant and festive

The room was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. The rest of the property seemed pretty much closed. The bar was closed, the restaurant was closed until morning. The pool smelled heavily of chlorine. I love the location and room, but maybe December isn’t the time to go.
