Everything was great the property was clean the room was clean except the bathroom shower was dirty it had old soap scum on the shower curtain and also the TV was not working. Other then that everything was great.

This is tough review because the staff and actual rooms are amazing. It's been newly renovated and has a high end feel. That said, it's in a neighborhood that feels run down with graffiti and typical L.A. filth. There's a homeless population and people with clear mental illnesses. I did not like having my kids in this area and we did not feel safe because of it.

We liked the room but the TV remote was not working. Even when we got another remote, the TV asked for the WiFi. After we put the WiFi, the TV was still not working.

It wasn’t your regular hotel room. There were no closets or dressers to unpack. No iron or ironing board. No counter space anywhere in the room to place things to get ready for the day. The tv didn’t work because there were service issues and wouldn’t be fixed until Monday, so there was no tv all weekend. Not worth the price. It was basically a room with a toilet and shower. For the same price, we could have stayed at the Sheraton

I would NOT recommend this place. Looks like a motel in an unsafe area. Check in at 7 pm (opens after 3 pm) but they did not inform me my 3 bed room is no longer available and no equal substitute. They downgraded me and wanted to charge me for the same price until I insisted they adjust the price. Still over paid and 20 min later and after talking to Expedia. They told me to call Expedia to request a partial refund. No lobby - check in desk where I stand outside and talk to them like ordering tickets at a movie theater. They were doing reservations on a hand written sheet of paper and were whispering until I asked is there a problem with my reservation, and wouldn’t tell me right away that my room was not available. Lastly, no closet or place to hang anything nor trash can. Room is small and overpriced, esp based on quality of service and room.

En general el registro fue rápido, la propiedad está en una zona con mucha gente consumiendo sustancias y huele a marihuana. En cuanto a la habitación se ve que está recién remodelado, sin embargo en las 4 noches nunca se hizo limpieza de la habitación a pesar de solicitarlo directamente en la recepción además que durante toda la estancia no hubo servicio de televisión por cable. La ubicación fuera de un supermercado y un 7-Eleven nada que valga la pena… si muchos bares de mala muerte y tiendas que venden marihuana
