Unlike pictured in any way. Slow and rude service. Repeatedly asked over and over again for IDs of all travelers and repeatedly tried to explain it was only me traveling alone. Made to sign a $200 credit card waiver to cover incidentals in a motel that has none. Ended up walking away and booking a room at the Hampton Suites which is WONDERFUL!

Check-in hassle
Posted Jul 26, 2022 on HotelsDuring check-in office Staff was unfriendly and rude, tried to say my reservation was for previous day, then said I had canceled my reservation due to plane flight being delayed which wasn't true. Requested downstairs room, office staff said only upstairs room available. Office staff kept insisting to give full refund but I needed room to sleep for work. Air conditioner was noisy. Wi-Fi very weak signal strength causing it to disconnect at various times. Overall not a good experience. Won't be staying there ever again.
