The first unit they put us in (on the 3rd floor) had an issue with the AC. When we called customer service, they told us to keep it set around 65 and wait until the next day for someone to check it out since we called at night. It ended up getting so warm that we had to go buy a fan. When we called again, they offered to move us to a different unit on the 7th floor, which was much better. It also had a nice view of the Hollywood Sign. Other than that, the units were nice, clean, and spacious. They had everything we needed, including extra towels, extra pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was okay. You can't really expect much peace and quiet when you're staying on Sunset Boulevard, so it kind of comes with the territory.

My experience was EXCELLENT!!! I was in awe from the moment I stepped in! The studio was clean, easy check in… simple… I arrived for graduation from film school, so I was nervous and traveled far… And KASA TOOK THE EDGE OFF, when I stepped in. We stayed here for a few nights and overall enjoyed it! The view was definitely pretty, and check in was easy to follow and quick/simple. The room was big especially compared to a standard hotel. One thing I’d say is there were a few things that didn’t look as clean as I’d like them to have been, but I’m also quite picky with that. Overall, we were happy we went with this hotel! Parking wasn’t full like some other reviews I’ve seen, but it’s definitely pricey in my opinion.
