My experience was EXCELLENT!!! I was in awe from the moment I stepped in! The studio was clean, easy check in… simple… I arrived for graduation from film school, so I was nervous and traveled far… And KASA TOOK THE EDGE OFF, when I stepped in. We stayed here for a few nights and overall enjoyed it! The view was definitely pretty, and check in was easy to follow and quick/simple. The room was big especially compared to a standard hotel. One thing I’d say is there were a few things that didn’t look as clean as I’d like them to have been, but I’m also quite picky with that. Overall, we were happy we went with this hotel! Parking wasn’t full like some other reviews I’ve seen, but it’s definitely pricey in my opinion.

Very spacious room with beautiful view of the pity and Hollywood sign in mountains. Room was clean, staff were helpful, having laundry was a great help. Close to Hollywood blvd. Shout out to Vincent ( security) who was always smiling and friendly and made my stay feel safe. This is my second stay here o er Thanksgiving, and Will be back next year!

There are massive ventilation ducts running in a small space right in front of the bed, and they operate 24/7, creating extremely loud noise and constant vibration. The room itself is spacious and otherwise comfortable, but because of this, it honestly feels like trying to sleep on a factory floor. The fact that white noise machines and earplugs are already provided in the room makes it seem like this is a known issue. I’m not sure if all rooms are like this or if it was just mine, but it was unbelievably loud and uncomfortable. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The family studio had a good amount of space and a kitchen that was very nice to cook in. The view from the 10th floor was beautiful. Be aware that there are few alternatives to the on-site parking, which is relatively expensive. Also, no onsite staff means that little issues like missing lightbulbs in lamps cannot be fixed. The building also seemed to not have enough hot water for warm showers by late morning.

I can’t express enough how wonderful my stay was. Kasa Sunset was the perfect loft experience, by far the best place I’ve stayed in LA for work. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from parking to check-in, and it truly felt like having my own little apartment. The space was beautifully designed, comfortable, and functional. I loved every minute of my one-night stay, so much so that I’ve already booked another visit next week. Thank you to the team at Kasa Sunset! I’m really looking forward to staying again and hopefully snagging a room on the 11th or 12th floor!
