Overall room was nice, but it was a bit dusty and could used some updating.

The senior management is incredibly rude! Problems with asking for a considering on hidden fees & then spent 3 hours with a room that heater not working before finally getting another room

Hi John, If you go to Expedia's site and click on policies the pee fee is listed there, you can also find it located on the hotels site directly no hidden fees anywhere. Have a good day.

"View" was of a heating duct and roof. Bathtub didn't drain properly and had rust ring. They did not reset clocks so we were woken up before 6am by prior guest's alarm. Building is run down and dated. Staff did not even ask how our stay was.

Our room had a backed up toliet when we checked in. Had to move to another room. Also no reason we should be charged for bottle water that is already provided in the room
