    • Disliked: Staff & service, amenities

    No food. No coffee. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night like 13 times. No one's answering phones to tell you what's going on. Someone drilling and hammering in the mechanical room next to mine all night.

    The receptionist Erica is not very accommodating. The other staff members are both polite and accommodating. The hotel charges $100/stay for dogs - even just for one night, but they don't supply dog bowls or beds, like the Westins do.
