The hotel was a bit expensive in March, but is super convenient to be this close to the convention center. The walk there was beautiful, the service was amazing, and our room was always cleaned well with fresh towels each day. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff was awesome here. Super friendly and willing to help when they can. The property was very well kept and my kids loved it there. The food was really good as well. We generally stay at Marriott, but tried out the Hyatt this time. After this stay, I think we might switch to staying at Hyatt for our future vacations. The staff, amenities and cleanliness were so much better than Marriott. Scarlett at the front desk was amazing and really helped make our stay great.
