Well first off, location was great. But then parking is pay through a 3rd party or pay a public parking lot. It ranges from 40-55 a day! Not good. Also when we got into our room, the AC was not working, it was very warm and the maintenence person blamed us for it. I asked fmto be moved to a room where the AC did work and all they sent us was a box fan. So rude and we didnt have time to mess around with finding another place as we were from out of state and had plans already. I would recommend a place that has parking included and an AC that works. I will not be coming back to this place.

Staff was great. The parking situation is poor at best. The hotel has only one lane and all parking is valet unless you want to park in a garage around the corner or down the street. In my brief stay, the parking backup with people waiting to give their cars to the valet in the street. To top it off, the valet attendants have to get into a car across the street to drive down the block to pick up your car when you are leaving. At $38 to $48 rate per night rate for an absurd parking process is simply insane. The valet attendants were great even though the process is broken. Net net, if you are driving a car, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE in the neighborhood. Downtown Glendale is great with a lot of restaurants and clubs

We’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the last few years. It’s near our kids/grandkids we are there to visit, and it’s convenient to uber back and forth. We were pleasantly surprised to find they’ve added an included breakfast that I don’t recall from previous visits. Safe, clean location with pleasant helpful staff. Highly recommend.
