Cheap place to crash

its a dump but its in the right location and the price is right, i liked the parking. Staff was polite and provided good information.

Hotel is located in an excellent location, across the street from Beverly Hills Civic Center, with many different options for nearby shopping, and dining. Staff is helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. I would stay there again if visiting the area in the future.

Just don't get a room facing the street

Great location in the middle of Beverly hills. Room is a bit dated but it's nearly 100 years old so you have to accept that acquaintance. Only complaint was the shade did not go all the way down so a bit of city noise throughout the night but nothing like being in Manhattan. Great rate in a vintage Hotel and would gladly stay here again

Perfect for a one night trip. Saw a concert then went back and crashed. Very quiet and slept well. Close to everything, no need to drive

If you’re needing an affordable easy, simple place in the heart of Beverly Hills. This place feels a bit like a hostel with a shared kitchen/fridge and International travelers, which is cool. It’s clean place to sleep. Thanks you.

Hidden gem

This hotel is a hidden gem built in 1928! Perfect for International travelers. Felt like I was staying at my aunties house. If you are wanting to hang in your room, look elsewhere, but if you are wanting to explore Beverly Hills and have a comfy place to stay- this is your place! We will be back :)

Afoordable Stay

The service was excellent! Both check in and check out was very pleasent, people at desk went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and appreciated. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the toilet made a squeeky noise for a minute and a half every time it was flushed. It is an old building, and it doesn't seem like anything's been upgraded in a while.

I recommend checking out the Yelp reviews about this place because they are all true… they don’t notify you before check in that there will be a damage deposit during check in. The parking pass (pre authorization of $50) is a joke, we just found the nearest public parking and left our car there. The rooms are a hugely misleading! They are not as spacious as they look on the page when booking the room. The host was nice but everything else is a big no. There was also a biohazard in our room… we found a red stain on the wall and the person checking us in didn’t want to clean it??

The only good thing is the location. Mold in the bathroom, No air conditioning and the air was bad. slept only a few hours and checked out at 7 am because I couldn’t bare it any longer. I’ve paid $150. Disgraceful.

Find cacoach in the tub while showering. Gave me a scare! Had to flush out into tub drain. Cleaniness, needs lots of improvement. Excellent central location to all restaurants and shops within walking distance

Don’t expect much.

It was not the best but it was a place to stay. Bath tub was slimy. Room was drafty and a window didn’t close. It was a bare room. Just okay.
