The Hotel Current is in a great location in Long Beach that offers clean and comfortable rooms at a fair price. This isn't fancy, but we paid half the price that we usually spend and felt it was definitely a great deal.

This hotel has nice clean rooms with comfortable amenities, the pool area is nice too. My only complaint is when the hotel is sold out there is no parking. On the weekend it was sold out and literally all parking spots were taken. I had to park in temporary guest parking. They host a church group here in two of the rooms often; not sure how many nights, but I was here for 6 days and saw them here at least 3 times. The church group takes up a lot of parking. And parking if a fee of $15 per day! Other than that my stay was great.

Staff were great, the beds were comfortable, parking hard, even though we paid for it, the safe was broken and the toilet handle needed to be jiggled to work at times, and it looked like there was stuff growing in the showers grout. But the worst thing was the air conditioning. It did work but was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it in but it was so hot and stuffy that we couldn’t sleep on that account. We wouldn’t stay there again.
