This place was wonderful! The breakfast was varied, good, and you can take it to this beautiful setting on an outdoor patio. Leisurely and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful - with some tech issues I had, giving me tips about getting to LAX, and getting around in general. The front desk people knew what they were talking about and very gracious, kind and knowledgable. I would stay here any time I am in Claremont and recommend it highly.

I stay here whenever I’m working out of town. The location is very convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, fast food options, and stores. The staff is always courteous when I arrive and genuinely seems happy to welcome guests. Best of all, as a solo female traveler, I always feel safe staying here. The rooms aren’t fancy, but they are clean and comfortable—and there’s always a delicious cookie waiting in the room for each guest, which is a nice touch.

It’s a beautiful hotel with old time charm at first glance but once you get in to the rooms it is very modern and clean, tastefully designed. During our stay it was raining and just sitting in the room and opening up the large glass doors and watching the charming courtyard made our stay much more enjoyable. At night there is a courtyard which is open to public and they serve great food and drinks and even if you’re not staying at the hotel you can still enjoy the outdoor sitting and drinks. Will definitely recommend to whoever wants to visit Claremont.
