I didnt like: the uninformed valet driver who told us it would be fine to park next door for one night, the front desk staff that would rather tell us to park elsewhere for the remainder of our trip because it was “too hard” to refund us for one night parking in another garage, that the bathroom has no ventilation, the elevator barely fit the cart with our luggage

PROS: excellent location, near the Santa Monica pier and good restaurants. Very clean. CONS: due to its location, you are exposed to the noise (traffic and people screaming all night). The hotel does not have sound proofed windows as advertised, in fact, you could hear people at all hours of the day, from outside and inside. Awful! The bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor. The room facing 2nd street with a Queen bed is extremely small, so is the bathroom. The Hotel is in DIRE need of an upgrade. Despite Covid, there are no amenities in room (no coffee maker, microwave or fridge) I was not offered housekeeping service not even new fresh towels (3 nights stay). If you are looking for just a place to BARELY sleep, you can save money by staying here, otherwise please spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
