For a luxury hotel the decor was so so. There was no turn down service and no floor to ceiling mirrors. Staff was extremely nice. I used to live on Stone Canyon road and as such went many times for events and dining. In fact my husband's 70 birthday was held there. I've also stayed at the Plaza Athenee and di Savoia. Very luxurious.

For a spur of the moment 1 night getaway in LA, you just cant beat THBA. If quiet is your thing (except for the fabulous piano in the bar), this is it for you. Super comfy bed. Deep tub. Rain shower.
