Our two night stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Norm, the bartender, helped ease us into our stay with excellent dinner recommendations. All of the staff were kind and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay here. My mom really enjoyed her day as well. Customer service was very good. The food at the bar was really good as well. The pool was comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing. The robes are super soft overall 10 out of 10 experience the location is amazing across the street from a grocery store, Starbucks and bank, eating areas, breakfast areas dry cleaners, nail salon. The location is perfect. You’re looking for a hotel in Burbank. I highly recommend this hotel.
