We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive, the lobby and property itself was very queen. The rooms are super spacious, however we never got our room cleaned the 3 nights we stayed. I’m not sure if it was per request and maybe thats why, but thats the only reason I docked it one point. Great location too, no tourist spot was more than 30 minutes away, and close to Kia Forum!

I was nervous about my stay because of the area the hotel is located, and while it is not the best area of LA, I felt very safe inside the hotel. Front desk staff were super nice, rooms are very large. I’m from Canada and don’t have a credit card and they allowed me to pay my security deposit in cash even though they don’t usually take cash so I was very grateful :)

The hotel was so lovely, they had complimentary coffee, teas, water, and hot chocolate and the rooms were beautiful. The only cons were there are no microwave in the rooms and the team seems pretty lazy but they were nice.
