Totally worth what you pay. It's an old hotel, but it's clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable. The only downside is that the bar down the building can be a little noisy/loud if your window faces that way.

There was no breakfast included, but there were nearby places to get a good breakfast. The room was very nice, the ambiance of the hotel was very charming. The front desk staff were very informative and helpful and answered all of my questions about the surrounding area and locations of a grocery store & a less expensive gas station. I wasn't thrilled to have to pay $18/night for my parking spot, but it appears that's how it is in the whole LA area.

The reception staff were courteous and informative. When I arrived it was too early to check in but I was able to leave my car onsite while I went out to lunch. The rooms were clean and comfortable though the sheets could use a refresh. The Edmon lobby bar/restaurant had a great happy hour and tasty appetizers. This hotel has a quaint atmosphere and is centrally located.
