The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and the 24 hour coffee machines in the lobby were top notch. The room was large and clean and the house keeping staff were very friendly and helpful. In all an excellent stay and was better than some of the higher priced brands we’ve stayed at in Glendale,CA.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in downtown Glendale. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The bed deserves a special mention—it had just the right firmness, and the pillows were soft, fluffy, and incredibly comfortable. After a long business day, it was exactly what I needed. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, and attention to detail. This will definitely be my default hotel whenever I’m in Glendale for business. Highly recommended!

The bad: No welcoming feeling as arrive. Checking is horribly slow despite there were just 4 guest in queu. Total 45 min !!! The supprise : 25 bucks for Parking which is never mentioned from Expedia when booking. The mediocre: Located on a busy, suffocated street not as expansive as picture shown on Website. Get your car in and out from the premise is a pain The good: Clean and Included decent typical breakfast
