Had an ADA room. It was spacious. The mini fridge is very noisy. I should have unplugged it. I did not require maid service during my stay. They were often in the hallway and very friendly. Didn’t eat breakfast but appreciated the coffee and hot tea in the morning. Staff at front desk was always friendly. I’ve stayed here before and will probably stay again.

The hotel was very clean, we had everything we needed in the hotel. The only thing I would say that I wasn’t a fan of was the breakfast. I went to go check out the breakfast buffet that you could purchase extra, but it wasn’t anything that was above average and just regular continental breakfast for that price that they were asking for they could’ve provided a little bit more options at the breakfast buffet, but overall the hotel was really nice, elegant, clean and easy-going.

This is a nicely appointed and well renovated hotel that is quite convenient for a stay in Pasadena/Arcadia area. The hotel also has plenty of free parking. Our complaints: On our 2nd day there wasn’t enough maid staff to clean our room. Checked in on Thursday and no cleaning until Sunday. One elevator didn’t seem to work, k-pods should be provided for 2 days since the cleaning is only scheduled for every other day.
