We enjoyed the space and layout! The location was decent (walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop!). The parking garage was very convenient and felt safe and secure. The suite does, however, need some attention (in terms of maintenance and cleaning). The management company was very responsive and note they would look into all concerns.

There was construction going on but other than that would definitely recommend. I loved the bedrooms were separate with one being on the third level and one of the first . Very convenient every floor in the condo had its own bathroom.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!. Communication with the homeowner/rental company was fantastic and super quick. No matter how many questions I had (Mostly because I didn't read their emails/texts in full), their response was fast. The unit was clean and spacious, also was what I booked online. Most importantly to me, and my family was they were more than accommodating because of an forcast for 5" of rain & flash flooding warnings. They we're NOT concerned about us leaving, but Only wanted us to be safe! Thank you & we will definitely be back!!

Overall I would stay here again. The property is so close to Hollywood walk fame my kids walked there an had a day. Location location location. The apartment it's self is really nice spacious and clean. My only wishes were they need blackout curtains, face towels, and a better mattress. I was able to get a hold of someone at anytime they were very available and helpful. I will b back

My stay with my family at Heaven on Hollywood Boulevard Furnished Apartments was overall very pleasant. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and in a great location—close to Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, and plenty of restaurants. The unit itself was spacious, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The building felt secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Management was very responsive and courteous. Check-in was simple and stress-free—they provided clear step-by-step instructions and a video guide, which made the process very easy. The only downside is that it can be noisy outside, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to keep that in mind. Other than that, everything went smoothly and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The apartment location was good for what we wanted, 40ish minute walk into the heart of west hollywood. The size of the apartment is great, but it definitely needs some work. lots of scuffs and marks on the walls, a piece of flooring coming up and it rained so we had a leak in the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. Sheets and towels were all clean and lots of extras.

It’s an average property through and through. Check in was very complicated and there seems to be two different point of contacts and little confusing as to who to contact when. The apartment we were on was level 5 and street facing and it was CRAZY noisy. We have an infant who woke up few times in the night due to noise. Otherwise, their supplies are all limited including toilet paper, kitchen towel or towel. We stayed for a week and ended up getting our own toilet paper and kitchen towels. We would not stay here again for this price. Otherwise it’s in a convenient location to get Hollywood, Griffith observatory, rodeo drive etc etc. we did Disney on mid week and one way was 90 mins in off peak hours. This is very far from Disney.

We are a family of four and frequent visitors to Universal Studios, typically staying at the Hilton near the park. This property was a refreshing change—offering significantly more space than standard hotel rooms at a lower price point. Communication from management was efficient and professional, with clear instructions and prompt responses throughout our stay. Our teenage sons especially appreciated the size and layout of the apartment. That said, the unit spans three floors, which may be a non-starter for guests with mobility limitations. One material drawback is the carpeting—it is visibly worn and overdue for replacement, which detracts from an otherwise solid experience. The location is a strong differentiator: walkable to multiple attractions, including the Walk of Fame, with a grocery store close by. Parking is available for an additional fee.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we felt safe in the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the management company was smooth. However, the apartment could use better upkeep and a deeper cleaning. Several light bulbs were burnt out, the kitchen garbage can lid was broken, and many blinds in the bedrooms and living area were missing, which affected privacy. The bed frame in one room appeared unstable, and one of the dining chairs came loose. The kitchen glass table and utensils weren’t properly cleaned, and the washer had visible mold with a strong odor, which was concerning. There were also cosmetic issues like scuffed walls and worn furniture, and the floors had noticeable crumbs and debris. With some maintenance and attention to detail, this could be a much more comfortable stay.
