Staff accommodated my early check in, and the grounds were immaculate. Pool looked good, and was nice and warm and not freezing. Got tub could’ve been a lot warmer- but didn’t effect our stay. Staff is hit or miss. I have had the kindest and most helpful, but I have also had the most ridiculously rude staff. Aside from that though, the pool is decent, they have outdoor seating for eating and they have the BEST food just across the street. They are a favorite for people cruising out of Long Beach. We will stay there again. I just wish they would get rid of the nasty staff : (
