Usually, when you go to motels, they just hand you the keys and leave you alone, but the front desk was super nice and make sure that we were comfortable and let us even choose which room we wanted. Five star for sure.

Staff member who checked us in was excellent. There was a female front desk employee that was a little rude when we asked for an extra pillow and some towels. Customer service should not be telling a guest how many pillows they have and need. We have stayed here more times then we can count and never encountered this issue with staff. We have also recommended this facility to friends and clients.
