When checking in they were almost done checking us in but suddenly the wifi went out. We waited a bit but we were so tired and hungry we just left and came back later (around 1am) but the staff were super nice and helpful. They apologized for the wait. Wonderful place in the Calabasas area with everything close by you could ever need it. The pool was such an added bonus, 30 minutes from Los Angeles. I was glad to be able to stay there and the staff were ready and willing to help with anything that came up of need.
