The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly; towels were changed daily if we hung out the appropriate sign. A significant downside for me was the presence of cockroaches; furthermore, it seemed like the floor wasn't being washed at all. A major plus for us was that the hotel is located a 15-minute drive from Universal Studios Hollywood, and the neighborhood itself is quite quiet. So, everyone should decide for themselves whether to stay at this hotel.

Honestly I was worried when I first pulled into parking lot, I thought this was a suite not a motel… but the room was basic and most of all clean. The location was convenient and quiet, the staff was great. I would book again, for the price I’d say it was an exceptional stay. The restaurant next door was a big plus if you plan to stay I suggest eating breakfast next door or lunch or dinner. It was amazing!

It's definitely a motel. The pics on line looked much better than once I got there. I checked in on the night on the 22nd of July and the man at the desk was VERY RUDE N INCONSIDERATE. All other staff was friendly. I would not return to this motel. I plan on being in California in March however I'm gonna find a different place to stay
